There is no better way to get around Sanibel Island than on a bicycle and Billy's Rentals makes it easy to enjoy the island's more than 25 miles of Shared Use Paths with an array of rental options, two rental locations or delivery.

F.I.S.H. fills necessary needs in our community,” said Salli Kirkland, who owns and operates the rental business with her husband and the company's namesake Billy Kirkland. “We have watched them expand their services over the years to better serve the needs of our diverse community.”

It's why Billy's Rentals is a Gold Sponsor of the 10th Annual 10K Race 4 F.I.S.H. on Saturday, Oct. 27 at the Sanibel Community House. F.I.S.H. of SANCAP began more than 30 years ago and remains a “neighbors helping neighbors” organization. “They have continued to be a true resource for our island neighbors, workers and visitors who need a helping hand,” said Billy.

Billy and Salli opened the rental operation nearly two decades ago in the small yellow building at 1470 Periwinkle Way. Business expanded from bike, motor scooter and surrey rentals to sales, service and repairs. The Kirklands are pleased to offer a second location, Billy's at Bailey's. It's a closer ride to the beaches and 'Ding' Darling Refuge or The Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum.

We are very pleased to have Billy and Salli as supporters of F.I.S.H.,” said Ed Ridlehoover, 10K Race committee co-chair. “They are wonderful neighbors who go the extra mile for the community in which they live and work.”

The 10K is Sanibel's only foot race and attracts hundreds of runners from near and far each year.
