Sanibel Sea School will offer a birding course in March
Sanibel Sea School will offer a two-part birding course for adults in March. Southwest Florida is truly a birder’s paradise, so sharpen those birding skills and be ready to enjoy the endless birding opportunities our region offers. Participants are invited to attend one or both sessions of this intensive identification course on Woodland Birds, from 9 a.m. to noon March 5, and Seabirds, from 9 a.m. to noon March 12.

"We are going to modify each session based on our students’ interests and existing knowledge, so no matter how much birding experience you have, you will be able to enhance your skills,” said the organization’s executive director, Dr. Bruce Neill.

The cost of $75 per student per session includes optional loaner binoculars. Visit www.sanibelseaschool.org or call (239) 472-8585 to learn more and register. Sanibel Sea School is a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to improve the ocean’s future, one person at a time.
