It’s last call to purchase tickets for Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation’s end-of-season fundraiser, Beer in the Bushes. It will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at the SCCF Nature Center, 3333 Sanibel-Captiva Rd. This is a sell-out event, so don’t wait to purchase tickets.

Guests can roam the grounds of SCCF’s Nature Center while enjoying great craft beer and food truck offerings, live music, dancing, and a few surprises.

"We are very humbled and grateful for all of the support that SCCF gets from our local community to put on an event like no other that you will find on Sanibel," said event creator Jeff Siwicke. "This year's headliner, Langhorne Slim and the Law, will have the crowd singing and dancing with them, but that is only one part of this not-to-be missed evening.

Besides the amazing headlining act, we are bringing in another act that will not be a ‘support’ act for long. The soul stylings of Miss Tameca Jones are a force of nature not to be missed! You don't want to be late this year,” Siwicke concluded.

All white attire is requested as a celebration of this love for the islands and community. Sanibel’s own Catering by Leslie Adams will coordinate local food truck offerings to complement the beer tastings. Beer in the Bushes is a smoke-free, outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Parking is limited. Advance tickets are $70; day of (if available, as this event sells out) will be $80. All tickets include $10 in TruxBux redeemable for dinner choices at any of the trucks.

Tickets are available at www.beerinthebushes.com. For additional information, call 239-472-2329.
