It can also help improve flexibility and circulation. According to the American Council on Exercise water can reduce your weight by as much as 90 percent, meaning that stress on weight-bearing bones, joints and muscles is reduced. Nevertheless, the water creates resistance that can help with strength training and improve muscular endurance.
