SUMMARY:JOG N JAM
DESCRIPTION:Runners will line up for a 10K or 5K road race\, and children will lace up their shoes for a “fun run” designed for them. The event will continue on the beach with an evening concert and fireworks finale. The beach-side concert will feature the energetic band Funk You\, known for their lively cover songs and top hits that will have everyone dancing in the sand. The concert begins at 5:30 p.m. at ‘Tween Waters Resort on Captiva. Transportation to the concert is included in the ticket price. \nThis year’s JOG N JAM is being held in cooperation with the Lee County Tourist Development Council and is part of the City of Sanibel’s 50th anniversary extended celebration.
