The Ashton Kirchner Group of Keller Williams Realty recently held an ice cream social at Pinocchio’s Original Italian Ice Cream, Fort Myers, and collected a bounty of much-needed back-to-school supplies for distribution to local students by the non-profit FISH of SanCap.

“Helping out families and kids by setting them up with the right supplies is the least we can do given the struggles everyone has had since the storm,” said Broker Associate Sarah Ashton. “We are glad to be able to lean into our very generous clients and help out our community.”

The Sanibel and Captiva communities have been recovering from Hurricane Ian, which struck the islands last year. FISH of SanCap is a human services organization with a focus on neighbors helping neighbors to enrich the lives of all in the community. It provides social services, assistance and education to those of all ages who live, work or visit the island.
