Bank of the Islands recently made its latest non-profit donation through its “We Love Our Islands” program. Longtime islanders Kim and Bill Cuthbertson were the lucky winners, and they decided to donate the $2,000 to The Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation.
This donation marks $144,200 given away to date through Bank of the Islands’ “We Love Our Islands” program. It also represents the fourth donation since the bank doubled the weekly outlay for the program.
“The Cuthbertsons made a great choice in selecting SCCF for our latest donation,” said Bank of the Islands President Robbie Roepstorff. “Whether as a longstanding corporate partner or as Coastal Cleanup volunteers, our bank and our staff have enthusiastically supported all the work SCCF has done since 1967 to make our islands and our coastal region such a special place – for wildlife as well as those of us lucky enough to coexist with nature.”
All islanders are invited to visit the bank’s Sanibel or Captiva office to pick up a vehicle decal and learn more about the “We Love Our Islands” program and how you and your favorite charity can become our next lucky winners.
