Bank of the Islands is proud to support the Zonta Foundation of Southwest Florida as a returning Home Base Sponsor for its annual Peek at the Unique house tour. The Bank recently made a $2,500 donation to help fund Zonta’s local grant-making outreach.
This year’s Peek at the Unique is scheduled for Saturday, March 14. The event will commence at the Sanibel Community House. Guests will board air-conditioned buses for a tour of four island homes. Tickets are priced at $80 and available at www.zontasancap.org.
“Zonta is a 100-percent volunteer-driven nonprofit organization. Its members have worked tirelessly to make The Peek such a signature event,” said Bank of the Islands President Robbie Roepstorff. “Last year’s event resulted in $87,000 in grants being distributed to 14 local nonprofit organizations. Buy your tickets soon to help Zonta achieve that level of philanthropic success. It’s sure to be a sell-out afternoon of fun!”
Zonta’s mission is to build a better world for women and girls by improving the legal, political, educational, and health status of women and ending gender-based violence.
