Bank of the Islands proudly announces its latest support of the Sanibel Historical Museum and Village as a Gold Sponsor for its upcoming Olde Sanibel Cracker Fest. The event will take place from 5:30 to 8:30pm on Jan. 30 at The Community House, 2173 Periwinkle Way.

“Especially as we conclude a year of recognizing Sanibel’s 50th anniversary, it is just essential to keep our history alive by supporting the island jewel that is the Sanibel Historical Museum & Village,” said Bank of the Islands President Robbie Roepstorff. “Visiting there and learning from the docents is like traveling through a time machine. This event is a great way to support that ongoing contribution to Sanibel’s rich legacy.”

The Sanibel Historical Museum & Village was founded in 1984 with a mission to preserve and share Sanibel’s history. Its volunteer docents share Sanibel stories with approximately 10,000 visitors annually. To purchase tickets and to learn more, please contact Sanibel Historical Museum & Village Executive Director Pam Miner at 239-472-4648 or info@sanibelmuseum.org.
