Congregation Bat Yam Temple of the Islands invites the community to learn to paint from a master painter in an enjoyable social setting. The congregation is hosting a “Paint and Sip” class on Tuesday, April 1, and seats for this event are on a first-to-register basis.
Complete with a blank canvas to start, expert instruction, and wine and cheese throughout, this fun evening begins at 5 p.m. in Fellowship Hall of the Sanibel Congregational United Church of Christ, 2050 Periwinkle Way.
According to Julie Peress, the Bat Yam board trustee who has organized this event, “No painting experience is necessary. A talented artist named Vino Picasso of Fort Myers will lead the class and guide participants in creating their masterpieces. Come join us and find some hidden talent.”
The class costs $75 per person, and community members secure one of the limited seats by registering here.
