Beachview Villas Celebrates Launch with Private Event

Beachview Villas celebrated its official launch on May 16 with a private event held at the new Gulf-front property on Sanibel. Approximately 60 invited guests attended, including members of Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts, island community leaders, and social media content creators.

The evening marked the first tours of Beachview Villas, giving guests an early look at the new luxury accommodations before the arrival of the property’s first visitors, expected over Memorial Day weekend.

The event featured curated content experiences throughout the property, including a branded photo
wall, a Beachview keychain-making station, and a raffle for a complimentary one-night stay.

As the sun set over the Gulf, guests gathered on the beach for a champagne toast led by Tony Lapi, President and Chairman of the Board of Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts.

“Beachview Villas represents an exciting new chapter for this part of Sanibel,” said Lapi. “We’re proud to see this property come to life in a way that reflects both the future of the island and the character that has always made it special. Seeing guests walk the property for the first time was an important milestone for all of us.”

Located on the former grounds of Beachview Cottages, Beachview Villas offers a new Gulf-front experience designed around space, privacy, and modern coastal comfort. The property includes twenty-two luxury villas, a private resort-style pool, and gathering spaces created exclusively for guests.
