Kingfisher Real Estate has announced its top agents for June. Robyn Moran was the top selling agent and Mary Bondurant was the top listing agent.

Originally from Connecticut and Cape Cod, Moran and her husband moved to the Islands in 2004. Like many, they visited the islands for years prior, until they were able to realize their dream of island living. A consummate business woman, Moran’s business career spans multiple decades as she was a systems analyst for Uniroyal Chemical for 24 years and now a tenured real estate professional since 2005.

Moran has strong community involvement including a past presidency for Zonta in 2014 and she has served on the board for community housing and resources. Earning the Sanibel Captiva Islands specialist designation is yet another testament to Moran’s full-time position as a dedicated realtor and outstanding member of the community. Moran also possesses a very agreeable manner and has strong attention to detail along with excellent communication skills. In addition, she is a talented home stager and an expert in establishing market value.

Mary Bondurant was born in Tipperary, Ireland. Bondurant and her parents settled in the northeast, where she began her real estate career at the age of 18. As the owner of Dunedin Hotel in Beach Lake, Pa., Bondurant mastered her strong grasp on hospitality. Bondurant served in the U.S. Air Force and the PA Air Guard for 10 years.

Bondurant, a 24-year resident, has an unbridled passion for community and unity. Her areas of involvement are: Past Chair Woman of the Sanibel/Captiva Chamber of Commerce, founder of Let’s Pink Out Sanibel Captiva, organizer of our Island Thanksgiving Celebration, ABWA past president and Woman of the Year, a member of the Board of Directors for the Sanibel Historical Museum & Village, a member of Zonta, the Power Squadron and the Island Cotillion.

Bondurant’s ability to bring people together, laser focus and decades of real estate experience continue to award her as a power player in the marketplace.
