Her Enthusiasm and humanitarianism have also led her to join mission trips to Ecuador and Haiti with the Sanibel Community Church.
Pujol has a deep appreciation for first responders and servicewomen and men. In 2021 she married her husband who is a local firefighter and paramedic. When they aren’t working, they enjoy traveling and exploring with their German Shepherd, Blue.

Her latest endeavor is as the co-chairman for the “Matchmaker” event, sponsored by Kingfisher Real Estate, to provide adoptions for homeless pets from Hurricane Ian. Animals have always held a special place in Brownyard’s life. She takes immense pride in living and working on the beautiful Isle of Sanibel.
