Pfeifer Realty Group was celebrated at the Sanibel Captiva Realtor Association 2024 Installation and Awards Dinner, with several members receiving awards and recognition.
Greg Demaras was named Realtor of the Year by the association and Top Volume Sales Associate for the year by Pfeifer Realty Group. He also served as the 2023 President of the association and passed the gavel to Brendan Albright, another Pfeifer team member.
Cathie Lewis received the Community Service Award, which recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the community through volunteerism and charitable work.
The group’s listing specialist, Kim Alexander, was also recognized as Administrative Assistant of the Year, which acknowledges the exceptional work of administrative staff in supporting real estate agents.
Team member Bryan Hall was installed as a new association board member.
