The Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club heard from the Cypress Living team at its most recent meeting. President/CEO Troy Churchill introduced the latest comprehensive medical model, Cypress at Home.

The concierge medical care offers innovative home-based and community-based services. Cypress at Home includes private duty home care, housekeeping, meal preparation, rehabilitative services, and care management.

It is a membership-based primary health care that pairs exclusive, personalized care with accessibility and convenience.

Cypress Living Practice Manager Tisha Saylor, Medical Director Dr. Jimmy Liu, and Advanced Provider Louisa Cannamela joined Churchill in his talk to the club.
