The San Cap Motor Club held their monthly cruise-in Saturday morning, Dec. 4 at Periwinkle Place. Founder Scott Congress says about 50-60 cars are on display depending upon the time of year. The San Cap Motor Club was started in 2014, and is Sanibel and Captiva’s only car club. Their mission statement says that it “is a way for us to share our passion for antique, classic, hot rod, and muscle cars along with all automobiles and bikes–Island Style.” The event happens the first Saturday of every month from beginning at 9 a.m.
