Jefferson previously served as the assistant office manager at the College Parkway branch. She will continue to oversee staff, work with customers and lead the College retail team in strategizing how to cultivate branch success.

Jefferson joined the bank in 2016 as a teller and also served as a customer service representative at the College Parkway branch. In 2020, she was part of the retail team who opened the bank’s newest location, the Bridge Branch, located at 9311 College Parkway.
