Sanibel Has Three New Virus Cases

Sanibel has three new positive cases of the coronavirus, according to a report released June 26 by the Florida Department of Health. That brings the total number of cases on the island to 16 since March 26, when the first cases were confirmed. And Mayor Kevin Ruane has extended the state of local emergency to June 30.
