Sanibel School Interact Club Members Help Pack Food

Interact members of the Sanibel School participated in a food packing event at Hope Church in Bonita Springs in November. In one day, they helped pack over 108 boxes which is 23,328 meals that can feed 63 children a meal a day for a year.

The Sanibel Schools Interact Club is a Rotary-sponsored service club that allows young people an opportunity to participate in fun and meaningful service projects while developing leadership skills and meeting new friends. The Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club sponsors the Sanibel School Interact Club. The motto of the Interact club is “Service above self”. The name “Interact” is a blend of words “international” and “action” is Rotary International’s service club for students ages 12 to 18.
