SCIAR Welcomes New GM of CEPD As Guest Speaker

General Manager of CEPD, Brighton Heard speaks to Association Members.

Members of the Sanibel Captiva Association of REALTORS gathered for July’s Breakfast Membership Meeting & Caravan Tour to hear from Brighton Heard, the Captiva Erosion Prevention District’s new general manager.

His extensive background and previous experience impressed the members, and they are excited to provide for Real Estate customers as they learn more about CEPD and how it helps properties on Captiva Island.

Heard stated that he is “truly grateful for the opportunity given to share information about our district with the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS.”

“I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and chance to connect with such an engaged and dedicated group of professionals,” he added.

The Association welcomes Heard and wishes him a warm welcome to the island. The Association would like to thank Regions Bank and Royal Corinthian Homes for their sponsorship of the event.
