Tarpon Bay Explorers’ employees never stop providing excellent customer service. The Explorers’ superior customer service was recognized and reflected by having twelve employees nominated for Lee County’s Visitors and Convention Bureau’s E-Awards.

“We are very proud of all our employees who provide awesome customer service on a daily basis,” explained assistant manager, Adam Sauerland. “Customers and visitors keep this island’s and our company’s wheels turning.”

Lee County’s Visitors and Convention Bureau’s E-Award nominations are given when a visitor feels that someone went above and beyond their expectations to provide a bolstered, rewarding experience as a result of that person’s outstanding customer service.

“It gives our employees a sense of empowerment and fulfillment in the work they do. We hope to continue this trend for years to come,” said Sauerland.
