Anthony Chapman, 53, Fort Myers, was operating a garbage truck near Colony Resort, 419 East Gulf Dr., at 10:44 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, when the back of his truck was struck by a vehicle operated by Allyson Arlington, 48, Sanibel. No injuries were reported.
