Kids can come to the library to craft a hedgehog out of leaves! This “Crafternoon” program starts at 3 p.m

Family Storytime (for children age five and under) will be held on Fridays at 10:30 a.m. with Megan Willis. Literacy is a family bonding experience at Storytime, with stories read aloud, followed by an arts & craft or play center. Parents and caregivers should plan to be engaged with their child for this program.

The Chronicles of Narnia will be shown in the teen area of the Library and snacks will be provided. No registration required.

July’s Teen Book Club Read is The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins. This is a space where discussing the stories you read is fun. Library staff will lead the discussion with related activities and snacks. All teens are welcome to join this book club! No registration required.

Anyone who loves storytelling, building characters, or imagining worlds is welcome to attend the monthly Creative Writing Program, which is structured with prompts and discussion open to any genre and writing form, whether fiction, poetry, screenplay, or nonfiction. Registration is not required.
