City Reminds Residents, Businesses of Holiday Decoration Regulations

As a reminder to Sanibel homeowners and businesses, holiday decorations, lighting and displays which are clearly incidental, customary and commonly associated with any national, local or religious holiday are permitted beginning the day before Thanksgiving, Wednesday, Nov. 24 through Jan. 09, 2022, per Sanibel Code of Ordinances, Section 106-3.

Beginning Jan. 10, 2022, all holiday decorations, lighting and displays which are clearly incidental, customary and commonly associated with any national, local or religious holiday are not permitted.
