‘Ding’ Refuge’s Wulfert Keys Trail Closed For Construction

The Wulfert Keys Trail at J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge will be closed starting Nov. 6 until further notice for construction and bank stabilization. A reopening date is unknown and will be announced at a later date.

The “Ding” Darling Visitor & Education Center, which has been closing temporarily on Sundays, is now partially open seven days a week. While exhibits are still not open, the front desk and Nature are welcoming visitors.
