Mary Bondurant has lived on Sanibel Island for 28 years and is a trusted Realtor with Kingfisher Real Estate. She is known for her professionalism, integrity, and in-depth knowledge of the Sanibel and Captiva markets.
With a background in hospitality and leadership, including 10 years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard, Bondurant provides excellent guidance and support to her clients.
In 2025, she received recognition as one of the 12 Outstanding Women of Southwest Florida and was named among the “Inspired” Top Women in Real Estate, highlighting her commitment and contributions.
Bondurant founded the SanCap Pink Project, Inc. — “Let’s Pink Out” — a nonprofit that helps Islanders facing cancer challenges. She and her husband, Fred, have two children: John, her Realtor partner at Kingfisher Real Estate, and Bonnie, a teacher in Lee County. Together, they serve the Sanibel and Captiva communities with integrity and care.

Kate Stone Pujol is a dedicated real estate agent who loves Sanibel and Southwest Florida. She shows her commitment to the community through her work with the Sanibel-Captiva Association of Realtors, the SanCap Rotary Club, and as a board member of the local Zonta chapter.
She also takes part in humanitarian mission trips to Ecuador and Haiti. Pujol is married to a local firefighter/paramedic, and they enjoy traveling and exploring with their German Shepherd, Blue. Her determination and knowledge of the island help her clients reach their real estate goals.
