Bondurant was born in Tipperary, Ireland. She and her parents settled in the northeast, where she began her real estate career at the age of 18. As the owner of Dunedin Hotel in Beach Lake, Penn., Bondurant mastered her strong grasp on hospitality. She served in the U.S. Air Force and the Pennsylvania Air Guard for 10 years.
Bondurant, a 24-year resident, has an unbridled passion for community and unity. Her areas of involvement are: Chair Woman of the Sanibel/Captiva Chamber of Commerce, founder of Let’s Pink Out Sanibel Captiva, organizer of our Island Thanksgiving Celebration, ABWA past president and Woman of the Year, a member of the Board of Directors for the Sanibel Historical Museum & Village, a member of Zonta, the Power Squadron and the Island Cotillion.

A native of Fort Myers, Fla., Wiley began his real estate career nearly 40 years ago on the islands of Sanibel and Captiva.
