Kingfisher Real Estate announces Mary Bondurant as the top listing agent and Brooke Brownyard as the top selling agent for August.
Bondurant was born in Tipperary, Ireland. She and her parents settled in the Northeast, where she began her real estate career at the age of 18. As the owner of Dunedin Hotel in Beach Lake, Pa., Bondurant mastered her strong grasp on hospitality. Bondurant served in the U.S. Air Force and the PA Air Guard for 10 years.
Bondurant, a 24-year resident, has an unbridled passion for community and unity. Her areas of involvement are: Past Chair Woman of the Sanibel/Captiva Chamber of Commerce, founder of Let’s Pink Out Sanibel Captiva, organizer of our Island Thanksgiving Celebration, ABWA past president and Woman of the Year, a member of the Board of Directors for the Sanibel Historical Museum & Village, a member of Zonta, the Power Squadron and the Island Cotillion.
Bondurant’s ability to bring people together, laser focus and decades of real estate experience continue to award her as a power player in the marketplace.
A native of Long Island, N.Y., Brownyard holds a Merchandising Degree from Marymount College in Boca Raton, Fla. She began her career managing a trendy boutique on the East Coast of Florida after 8 successful years, she relocated to Houston Texas, where she spent the next 12 years working in the specialized insurance industry, with her own agency.
Brownyard just celebrated her 25th year of selling Real Estate on Sanibel and has been a real estate sales leader and multi-million dollar producer on the island. She thrives on the challenges of the market and works hard to get the job done. Honest and trustworthy, Brownyard’s clients are just not her clients, they become her lifelong friends. She is passionate about the island she has called home for the past 28 years, and strives to help others fulfill their destiny to be able to live in this wonderful paradise.
A designated Sanibel & Captiva Island Specialist, Brownyard is a member of the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS and the Royal Palm Coast REALTOR Association.
Brownyard was a founding member of the Sanibel Community Chorus for 20+ years and is a staunch supporter of Special Equestrians, Horses for Handicapped. She supports many of the islands organizations and proud to live and work on the Beautiful Isle of Sanibel.
