Kingfisher Announces Mary Bondurant as the Top Selling Agent and Valerie Tutor as the Top Listing Agent for April.

Mary Bondurant was born in Tipperary, Ireland. She and her parents settled in the Northeast, where she began her real estate career at the age of 18. As the owner of Dunedin Hotel in Beach Lake, Penn., Bondurant mastered her strong grasp on hospitality. She served in the U.S. Air Force and the Pennsylvania Air Guard for 10 years.

Bondurant has an unbridled passion for community and unity which are evident as founder of Let’s Pink Out Sanibel Captiva, organizer of our Island Thanksgiving Celebration, American Business Women’s Association past president and woman of the year, member of the Power Squadron and the Island Cotillion.

Bondurant’s ability to bring people together, laser focus and decades of real estate experience continue to award her as a power player in the marketplace.

Valerie Tutor is a proud native Floridian who grew up in rural South Florida on a ranch. Her and her family’s love for the outdoors led them to make Sanibel & Captiva Islands the place they spent their weekends and summers beginning in 1963. Eventually the family built a home on the Gulf in Captiva.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a master’s in Psychology, Tutor owned a consulting firm for 16 years working with private companies, state and county governments throughout Florida. She is a recognized expert in communication, teamwork, customer service and building business relationships. Tutor has also worked in marketing and public relations in the building and marine industries.

Tutor believes strongly in developing a connection that fosters mutual trust and confidence. Her knowledge, positive attitude, diligence and genuine, personal approach make her the right person working for you.
