provided to The Santiva Chronicle

Kingfisher Real Estate has announced KC Cuscaden as the top listing agent and Mary Bondurant as the top selling agent for January.

KC Cuscaden’s island roots run deep. Cuscaden and her family first arrived to Sanibel via ferry prior to the causeway being built, as her grandparents had retired to Sanibel and managed one of the few island motels, The Reef.

Cuscaden has a deep appreciation for the Islands and enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge with her customers. Her in-depth knowledge of the Sanibel and Captiva real estate market is also evident as she has navigated buyers and sellers alike through numerous transactions.

Cuscaden is also very thorough and kind which has resulted in her fine reputation and loyal client relationships for over 18 years as a full time Realtor and top producing agent.

In her free time, Cuscaden is very active and enjoys shelling, community involvement and gardening. She is a past Director for the Sanibel Captiva Association of Realtors and a past chair member for the Professional Development Committee on the Islands.

Mary Bondurant was born in Tipperary, Ireland. She and her parents settled in the Northeast, where she began her real estate career at the age of 18. As the owner of Dunedin Hotel in Beach Lake, Penn., Bondurant mastered her strong grasp on hospitality. Bondurant served in the U.S. Air Force and the PA Air Guard for 10 years.

Bondurant, a 24-year resident, has an unbridled passion for community and unity. Her areas of involvement are: Past Chair Woman of the Sanibel/Captiva Chamber of Commerce, founder of Let’s Pink Out Sanibel Captiva, organizer of our Island Thanksgiving Celebration, ABWA past president and Woman of the Year, a member of the Board of Directors for the Sanibel Historical Museum & Village, a member of Zonta, the Power Squadron and the Island Cotillion.

Bondurant’s ability to bring people together, laser focus and decades of real estate experience continue to award her as a power player in the marketplace.
