Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Many of you are already aware of Mike’s impressive background as an accountant/financial adviser, attorney, former pilot/aircraft commander for the U.S. Air Force and his many leadership roles in local organizations. The purpose of my letter is to introduce you to Mike Miller, the man, who is always willing to listen and to lend a hand. As a member of the Interfaith Shared Scholar Committee, Mike brought food/drink to our post lecture receptions. He helped serve at these events and stayed to clean up after. He is generous with his time, helping F.I.S.H. and United Way with tax assistance and legal document preparation. He has consistently put his energies into improving the environment working with groups such as COTI. Whatever Mike does, he does deeply and whole heartedly. He is dependable and fair; he is an independent thinker and a problem solver. He is an attentive listener and, above all he is ethical. If you have ever had the pleasure of sitting at a meeting with him, you will note his calm demeanor, attentiveness and thoughtful suggestions. A leader gives unstintingly of himself and sets an example for others. Mike Miller is a perfect example of a true leader.

Respectfully,
Edina & Alan Lessack
