There was a two-vehicle crash at 8:11 p.m. July 24 at Casa Ybel Road and Periwinkle Way. Jeffrey Hopper was making a left turn from Casa Ybel when his vehicle struck an eastbound vehicle operated by Jonathan Vargas. No injuries were reported.
