Next Messy Church Is All About Fishing

provided to The Santiva Chronicle

It’s all about fishing! The next monthly Messy Church event for all ages is from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, June 12 at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, 2304 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. Everyone is welcomed as they are; little ones to teens, those who are single or partnered, young or old, tidy or messy, you will be welcomed at this free community event held every second Sunday of the month.

June’s theme is fishing; so the first hour will have activities like “fishing” for prizes, making fishy crafts and playing fish games, followed by a story and song time, and a delicious fish taco meal will be served at 5:30 p.m. (vegetarian, gluten free and kids options available). Find out more at www.saintmichaels-sanibel.org/messy-church or contact Sue Van Oss at 239-472-2173.
