Painted Bailey’s Bags Raises Funds for FISH of SanCap

provided to The Santiva Chronicle

The Bailey’s Bags fundraiser has wrapped up for 2021. This event is held each year in cooperation with Sanibel Captiva Art League, F.I.S.H, and Bailey’s General Store. Each year Bailey’s Owner Richard Johnson and his attentive staff organize with SCAL and F.I.S.H to start the process with supplying recycle bags for SCAL artists to paint. Their masterpieces are displayed for one month at Bailey’s General Store. Each year the artwork amazes the savvy art collectors from near and far. Bids for the bags are taken through Bailey’s and the winners walk away with one-of-a kind bags. One-hundred percent of the monies raised go to F.I.S.H and helps support the local community. Thank you to all those who helped make this year’s fundraiser a great success.
