Pfeifer Realty Group welcomes Realtor KC Cuscaden to the team. Cuscaden is a Florida native who visited grandparents on Sanibel pre-causeway. She made Sanibel her home in 1987 and began selling real estate in 2002. Cuscaden has served two terms on the SanCap Island Association of Realtors as well as being on numerous committees. It was at this time that Cuscaden came up with the idea of the Sanibel Captiva Island Specialist training for agents as she saw the need for agents to be educated on the unique aspects of selling property on the islands.
