At its May meeting the Sanibel Capitva Lions Club inducted Sharon Miller as a new member. Sharon, along with her husband Jerry, created the Trailways Camp along the Caloosahatchee River to provide camping experiences for adults with special needs in southwest Florida. The camp is supported by the Robert V. & Benjamin G. Miller Fund, which was established to honor their two sons. By her dedicated work with the Trailways Camp Sharon exemplifies the motto of the Lions: “We Serve”. We are proud to welcome Sharon as a member. For more information on the Trailways Camp please visit their web site at www.trailwayscamps.org.
