Sanctuary Foundation Supports STEM at Sanibel School

provided to The Santiva Chronicle

The Sanctuary Foundation has awarded a $30,000 grant to The Sanibel School in support of its S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) Program.

By encouraging hands-on learning and problem-solving skills, The Sanibel School is helping its students build a strong foundation for success in future academic and career pursuits, with many benefiting directly from the S.T.E.A.M. program.

Since 2020, The Sanctuary Foundation has granted $142,000 to The Sanibel School. While the majority of these funds have supported the S.T.E.A.M. Program, contributions have also helped replenish the school’s library and aided hurricane recovery efforts following Hurricane Ian.
