At a ribbon-cutting on Monday, Jan. 28, the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Allied Air Services. The ceremony was held in the parking lot of George & Wendy’s Seafood Grille on Sanibel Island.

“Our presence on the island is growing and several of us involved in the company, myself included, live here on Sanibel,” said director of business development Amy von Keyserlingk. “We are looking forward to having an office on Sanibel in the near future.”

Currently, Allied Air has an office in Fort Myers at 10923 Kelly Road. Owner Dennis Ball heads a staff of six other employees for the company, which opened in spring 2019 to provide full air-conditioning service designed to help customers save time and money.

“Allied Air Services joined the Sanibel & Captiva Chamber as we enjoy living here, working here, and being a part of this wonderful place,” said von Keyserlingk. “We know how important it is for the people we do business with to feel that we are also part of the community.”

“We are pleased to welcome the team at Allied Air to our team at the chamber,” said John Lai, chamber president and chief executive office. “We look forward to a mutually beneficial working relationship in months to come.”
