The Sanibel Recreation Department is preparing for the 2027 beach parking permit season. Resident and property owner A and AC permits will go on sale October 5, 2026, while non-resident B and BC permits will go on sale October 26, 2026.
2027 permit pricing is $14 for an A permit, $113 for an AC permit, $300 for a B permit, and $399 for a BC permit. Permits are valid through November 30, 2027.
Resident and property owner permits require applicants to provide documentation establishing residency or property ownership, along with the required vehicle and identification documents. Applicants are encouraged to review the eligibility requirements and gather the necessary documentation before applying.
