SCCF, Captiva Cruises Offering Sunset Birding Cruise

While cruising the waters of Pine Island Sound, passengers will hear about the ecology of our back bay estuary, learn about Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation’s Shorebird Monitoring Program, hear observations of hurricane Ian impacts on on bird populations, and Identify birds seen along the way. Join us for this opportunity to be out on the water and experience day turning into night.

The cruise will be from 4:45 to 6:45 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17. Tickets are $45 per person with the proceeds supporting the SCCF’s Shorebird Monitoring Program. Reservations are required and can be obtained online (www.CaptivaCruises.com) or calling Captiva Cruises at (239) 472-5300
