S.C.I.S. Attendees visit Big Arts Sanibel, led by Executive Director Lee Ellen.

The Sanibel Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS® wrapped up its 2026 SCIS program designation classes on Monday, May 18. SCIS (Sanibel & Captiva Islands SPECIALIST) is designed specifically for REALTOR® and Affiliate members of SCIAR who specialize in real estate transactions on the islands.

The 12 sessions include: Sanibel – Captiva Conservation Foundation – SCCF, City of Sanibel, J.N. “Ding” Darling Wildlife Refuge, Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife – C.R.O.W., Captiva Erosion Prevention District, History of South Seas, History of the Islands, Bailey Mathews Shell Museum, Marketing Condominiums, Coastal Insurance, Resorts, Second Homes and Vacation Rentals, Waterways and Beaches, and BIG ARTS.
