As the pandemic persists, Tarpon Bay Explorers’ employees continue to provide excellent customer service. And their efforts were recognized and reflected by having 11 employees nominated for Lee County’s Visitor and Convention Bureau’s E-Awards.
“The past year and a half have been quite challenging to say the least,” explained General Manager and part-owner, Wendy Schnapp “Our staff has experienced a lot of adversity; An extended closure in 2020, soft reopening, half capacities, COVID restrictions; none of which made operations easy, but I am proud of our staff continuing to provide a high level of customer service” expanded Schnapp.
Lee County’s Visitors and Convention Bureau’s E-Award nominations are given when a visitor feels that someone went above and beyond their expectations to provide a bolstered, rewarding experience as a result of that person’s outstanding customer service.
“We also take pride in the fact that our company continuously receives these awards and is a reflection of our values as a company,” explained Schnapp.
