The City of Sanibel invites residents, business owners, and community stakeholders who were unable to attend the June 3 community workshops to participate in a Virtual Sanibel Plan Update Workshop on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
The virtual workshop will provide another opportunity to learn about the progress of the Sanibel Plan Update, hear a summary of community input received to date, and participate in interactive discussions on key topics that will help shape Sanibel’s future. Public participation remains an essential part of the planning process, ensuring the updated Sanibel Plan continues to reflect the community’s vision while protecting the island’s unique environment, character, and quality of life.
